Dana Simon, RVT

Dana is one of our Registered Veterinary Technicians, (RVT’s) and has been a member of the GAVH team since 2017. She is originally from Arroyo Grande, CA. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from UC Santa Barbara in 2015 with the goal to interact and work with animals every day.

She attended Mt. San Antonio College, graduating in 2017 with an Associate of Science degree in Veterinary Technology. In 2018 she passed her exams and officially became a Registered Veterinary Technician.

Dana started at GAVH as a volunteer during her schooling, and started working for us in 2017 as a veterinary assistant prior to her certification. Her favorite part of her job is that each day is exciting–we never know what animals will be coming through the clinic.
